COMPOSERS

Gabriel Ferreira

Our in-house composer since 2014, Gabriel’s trademark is his unique way of mixing acoustic instrumentation with contemporary textures, creating modern yet human sounds. Alongside Antonio Pinto, he has worked both as a composer and an orchestrator for film and TV. His work includes documentaries like “Amy” and “Diego Maradona”, series like “The Mechanism” and “The devil next door”, and also the Rio 2016 Opening Ceremony. As a lead composer, Gabriel is behind the scores of features like “The Seamstress”, “Ladies first”, and “Prerogative of the brave”, and for the short “Formas para não te esquecer jamais”.

His most recent works are Amazon Prime’s “Dom”, Apple TV+’s “The me you can’t see”, the Netflix documentary “Pelé”, the feature “Marighella”, the opening theme for the series “The Mosquito Coast”, and the theme song for the 2021 São Paulo Soccer Championship.
